    Works well with a minor issue

    Like the product. Easy to use and set up. But there is an issue with the volume of an incoming call. If 10 is loud and 1 is low, this is at .05. The only thing to do is to turn on "speaker" then the caller can be heard. Yes, I have tried all forms of increasing the volume of incoming calls while on the call and off with no change. To be honest, the person I bought this for hardly uses the "call feature" on the phone. Mostly for texting/messaging.

    Highly recommend!

    Good battery life and so many amazing features! Slow-mo camera mode is my favorite. There's also expandable storage up to 400 GB and you can even link it to Windows devices. The camera quality is much better than I expected. The phone features a 12 MP camera that's surprisingly very good in pretty much any lighting. Highly recommend for anyone that's upgrading from a Samsung Galaxy S7 or lower. Bought this one for my girlfriend as a graduation gift but honestly I might myself one.

    Just what I needed

    Very user friendly. Moved from an S5 to an S9+ with no problems. Did have to uninstall and reinstall a few game programs but that was no big deal. Camera is awesome. Got a real nice WALLET case for it for $8.99 from Walmart. Protects front and back real nice. Also has slots for 10 business/credit cards.

    Works better than the phone it replaced!

    We bought this phone as a replacement for my wife's Galaxy S6, which was having some problems. After the new phone arrived, because it is a Samsung as well, it was easy to move everything over to it. Aside from needing to be charged, it works great! My wife loves it.
