• Overall face: Use Galvanic Spa Facial Gels with ageLOC two to three times a week with the Face Conductor set at levels 1 or 2.
• Spot treating: Use the Tru Face Line Corrector with the Spot Treatment Conductor set at level 3; it can treat the eye area and deeper lines.
• Body: Use the Galvanic Spa II Body Shaping Gel two to three times a week with the Body Conductor set at level 4.
• Hair: Use the Nutriol Hair Fitness Treatment three times a week set at level 5.

The unit has an LED that shows the setting it's at, and you press a button on the device to change the setting. The Galvanic Spa II will self-adjust its setting to best suit your skin; you'll hear one, two, or three beeps that tell you what setting is selected once you press the conductor to your skin or scalp. Lightly massage the device on your skin where you've applied the recommended product; you'll hear a beep every 10 seconds that lets you know it's working.
