Invicta Specialty Invicta Wristwatches

This is a nice big 44mm watch with a hefty cushioned case. The 22mm red stitched thick leather band slightly tapers to 20mm at the clasp. The band is just average length, barely big enough for a large person with an 8-1/2" wrist, which is what I have. I'm on the third hole inward from the end, the last hole you can effectively use while still implementing both keepers (one fixed, one floating). The hands glow brighter than the hour markers, but both are very bright, especially compared to many other luminous dials. I see a tiny reset button at the 2 o'clock position on the outer edge of the case, but I have absolutely no idea what it's supposed to do. ANYBODY? The website says Chinese movement components, I've seen Japanese Quartz describing this model all over the Internet, and the case is laser etched with SWISS MOVEMENT PARTS. So, you be the judge of who made this, what it was made with, or where it was made. It seems to be rather heavy-duty and works well. If the instruction manual explained the little button on the outside of the case, or if the word Chinese wasn't seen on the Invicta website, I would give this watch 5 stars. I see some folks say the day feature doesn't set. LOL They just aren't familiar with the process. Since the days of the week always advance exactly the same no matter what year or month, the day is not really settable like you might expect. It's set by rotating the time through the days until you come to the actual day you want. It might take a bit, but you only ever have to do it one time. My advice is to advance the time to one day before the actual day, then set the DATE for one date before the actual date, and then using the time setting, advance the time watching when the day and date changes, so you know if it's noon or midnight.

watch face is more of a maroon not red:). Not too large (43mm) or heavy. I collect watches and do most of the minor work (change batteries,straps, adjust bracelet length) myself. This bracelet I couldn't remove any links. In fact, I broke 3 push-out pins on my link-removal tool! :( I had to go to 2 jewelers before I could get the bracelet adjusted($10). Bracelet length is completely determined by links. There is no fine adjust- ment via a movable spring bar in the clasp. So it might be just a bit loose or just a bit tight. I like the watch; a bit showy but not garish.

All marketing BS aside, this watch-despite being a fraction of the cost-actually "does" hold it's own against my "real" Breitling and Omega watches in the build quality/fit and finish dept-albeit a lot thicker, lol. My jeweler went over it with a fine tooth comb and considering what I paid for it he was completely shocked by how good the execution and attention to detail was when he was resizing the band for me-and this is a guy who just just put a new leather band on my Vacheron last month! WELL DONE INVICTA!!!!!!!!!

Found a great deal on eBay for this watch... I already had the same watch with a black face.... Amazingly it looks even better with a white face and is not loud or overly big like some Invicta watches perfect size with aviator type watch features! This is a beautiful watch I give it 10 stars out of 10 Stars!... OneNote.... It looks beautiful as is with a black leather strap I put a green NATO strap on it and it looks even more amazing!!!

This watch is not just any ordinary watch, its a beautiful stylish time piece. The first watch I was able to purchase without looking for a bigger band, or adding extra links to fit. I was astonished that it has 18kt gold plating. But more than that its the best Self Birthday present I have ever brought myself, but just think if someone would purchase it for that special one would be greatly appreciated.

In my opinion, Invicta watches are one of the best watches a person can buy in relation to price. This particular model, the 6620 looks the part. I could have bought a better watch with the same look, but I would have had to pay at least 3 times as much.

I bought this for my husband and the only down side is that he has trouble reading the dial because it is silver. It keeps good time though and he likes the day and date. In retrospect I should have chosen one with a dark face.

I gave the watch as a gift. My cousin and others that were present love the look the feel. They commented on the Invicta name being inscribed on the side of the watch. The waiters also commented of how stylish the invicta looked.

Just what I expected. In fact it is the black version of anothe Invicta I have in stainelss steel and black accents. I just hope it doesn't give me some throubles I've read about in several reviews.

Very nice watch that hits all the points of good value, comfort, and style. Not sure why Invicta made the clasp without micro-adjustments. Weird. However, I changed out the band. Overall nice watch!!
